Support Care Professional Team Lead (RECREATION)WORK LOCATION: Long Beach Campus, 1170 West Railroad St., Long Beach, MS 39560PAY: $31,744.97 AnnuallySCHEDULE/SHIFTS: Tuesday – Saturday or Sunday - Thursday 12:00pm - 8:30 P.M. Variations in the schedule as necessary to include nights and weekends.RESPONSIBILITIES:Assists in planning and directing a program of recreational activities. Selects necessary materials, equipment, scenery, or costumes for planned recreational activities. Assists in the in-service training of new workers and staff development as necessary. Also, assists in carrying out formal training programs and entering the data into the PPSsystem. Observes and reports on the results and progress of recreational activities to include participation and reactions. Assists in supervising volunteer workers, attendants, or helpers. Coaches, instructs and supervises games, teams, and athletic events. Assists in organizing and supervising indoor games, dances and parties. Works withspecial groups or individuals. Requisitions and cares for recreational equipment. Related or other duties as required or assigned.
