(Shift Supervisor Unit Services) Managerial-level position accountable for the administrative management of a treatment unit. Responsible for setting work schedules, delegating assignments, assigning tasks and evaluating employee performance. Also accountable for establishing employee policies and procedures. Supervises professional staff and supervisors.

What you'll need to be Successful

Great communication skills, organization skills, ability to multi task, works well with others.

Preferred Qualifications

Typically requires 5+ years of related experience, and 1-2 years of supervisory experience. May require some college credit by hiring agency and/or a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) designation.
