Direct and train Direct Care staff in two ICF/MR community homes in providing physical care and programmatic activities for the persons at the homes. Scheduling days on/off, holidays, vacations for the direct care staff with the approval of the community home director. Ensure that the home is equipped with adequate supplies and groceries; participate in the habilitation planning for the persons at the home.
