Support Associate - White House Black Market

Join our fashion-obsessed team, dedicated to a styling and social experience that makes women feel beautiful.

Position Objective: The Support Associate supports a customer and product-focused sales culture, performing sales operations functions such as merchandise handling, stock processing, and stockroom organization. We love what we do and believe our team is the most amazing place to work, learn, and grow!

Functional Responsibilities:

  1. Operational Excellence:
  2. Process merchandise, ensuring proper storage, ticketing, and replenishment readiness.
  3. Merchandise new products timely and accurately.
  4. Enter receiving documents, reconcile invoices, and handle store-to-store transfers.
  5. Manage visual materials, signage, and stockroom hardware.
  6. Participate in pricing changes and markdowns.
  7. Assist with visual directives and store organization.
  8. Maintain boutique cleanliness and organization.
  1. Customer Experience:
  2. Support and promote the MAPS principles, offering a cohesive omni-channel experience.
  1. Teamwork and Growth:
  2. Encourage inclusive problem-solving and personal development.
  3. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous stock or cashier experience preferred.
  • Must be 18 or older.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
  • Adaptability to technology.
  • Ability to stand for most of the shift.
  • Work quickly within strict timelines.
  • Teamwork orientation.
  • Visual merchandising experience preferred.
  • Effective communication with headset.
  • Regular attendance and flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.

Physical Requirements:

  • Constant walking/standing (67-100%).
  • Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. (1-33%).
  • Frequent climbing (34-66%).
