Support Associate - White House Black Market

Join our team as a Support Associate - White House Black Market at Chico's FAS, Inc.

Location: 11800 W Broad St, Ste 2118, Richmond, VA

We are looking for a passionate individual to support a customer and product-focused sales culture, emphasizing core principles through various sales operations functions such as merchandise handling, stock processing, and stockroom organization. We believe our team is the most exciting place to work, learn, and grow!

Responsibilities
  • Process merchandise, ensuring proper storage, ticketing, and easy location for replenishment, and reorganize merchandise to maximize stock space.
  • Ensure new products are merchandised and represented timely.
  • Accurately enter receiving documents into the system, reconcile invoices, and complete store-to-store transfers and locate requests.
  • Manage visual materials, props, signage, and stockroom hardware.
  • Participate in pricing changes and markdowns.
  • Notify management of cash supply needs.
  • Assist with visual directives like floorsets, window changes, and signage placement.
  • Maintain boutique cleanliness and organization.
Customer Experience
  • Support and promote MAPS principles, providing a cohesive omni-channel experience.
Teamwork and Development
  • Encourage an inclusive, collaborative approach to problem-solving.
  • Seek personal growth opportunities and feedback.
Qualifications
  • Preferred: previous stock or cashier experience.
  • Must be 16 years or older.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to company technology.
  • Ability to stand for most of the shift.
  • Work quickly within strict timelines and demonstrate teamwork.
  • Experience with visual merchandising is a plus.
  • Effective communication using headsets.
  • Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements
  • Walking/Standing: 67-100% of shift.
  • Lifting up to 50 lbs.: 1-33% of shift.
  • Climbing: 34-66% of shift.
