Support Associate - White House Black Market

Position Overview

Join our fashion-obsessed team dedicated to creating a styling and social experience that makes women feel beautiful. The Support Associate supports a customer and product-focused sales culture through various sales operations functions, including merchandise handling, stock processing, and stockroom organization. We love what we do and believe our team is the most amazing place to work, learn, and grow!

Responsibilities
  1. Operational Excellence: Process merchandise, ensure proper storage, ticketing, and replenishment; merchandise new products timely; manage merchandise invoices and store transfers; handle visual materials and signage; assist with pricing and markdowns; support boutique organization.
  2. Customer Experience: Support and promote the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles, offering a cohesive omni-channel experience.
  3. Teamwork and Growth: Promote an inclusive, collaborative environment; seek personal development opportunities; participate in other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Previous stock or cashier experience preferred
  • Must be 16 years or older
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
  • Adaptability to technology
  • Ability to work primarily standing
  • Ability to work quickly within strict timelines
  • Teamwork orientation
  • Exposure to visual merchandising is a plus
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Physical Requirements
