Position Overview

Join our fashion-obsessed team dedicated to creating a styling and social experience that makes women feel beautiful. The Support Associate supports a customer and product-focused sales culture through various sales operations functions, including merchandise handling, stock processing, and stockroom organization. Responsibilities

1. Operational Excellence: Process merchandise, ensure proper storage, ticketing, and replenishment; merchandise new products timely; manage merchandise invoices and store transfers; handle visual materials and signage; assist with pricing and markdowns; support boutique organization.
2. Customer Experience: Support and promote the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles, offering a cohesive omni-channel experience.
3. Teamwork and Growth: Promote an inclusive, collaborative environment; seek personal development opportunities; participate in other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous stock or cashier experience preferred
• Must be 16 years or older
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
• Adaptability to technology
• Ability to work primarily standing
• Ability to work quickly within strict timelines
• Teamwork orientation
• Exposure to visual merchandising is a plus
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
