Position Objective

The Support Associate supports a customer and product-focused sales culture, with core principles guiding store operations. Responsibilities include merchandise handling, stock processing, and stockroom organization. We love what we do and believe our team is the most amazing place to work, learn, and grow!

Functional Responsibilities

Operational Excellence

• Process merchandise, ensuring items are properly stored, ticketed, and easily located for replenishment. Reorganize merchandise to maximize stock space.
• Ensure new products are merchandised and represented promptly.
• Enter receiving documents into the computer system, reconcile invoices, and complete store-to-store transfers and locate requests accurately and timely.
• Process visual packet materials, props, signage, and store stockroom hardware.
• Participate in pricing changes and markdowns.
• Alert management to cash supply needs.
• Assist with visual directives, including floorsets, window changes, and signage placement.
• Maintain boutique cleanliness and organization.

• Model and promote the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles, offering a cohesive omni-channel experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous stock or cashier experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to learn or adapt to company technology.
• Ability to work primarily standing.
• Work quickly within strict timelines.
• Demonstrate teamwork.
• Exposure to visual merchandising techniques is desired.
• Effective communication using headsets.
• Regular attendance and flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays are required.

Physical Requirements

• Constant walking/standing during 67-100% of an 8-hour shift.
• Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. (1-33%).
• Frequent climbing (34-66%).
