POSITION OBJECTIVE:
The Support Associate supports a customer and product-focused sales culture by performing sales operations functions such as merchandise handling, stock processing, and stockroom organization. We are passionate about what we do and believe our team is the best place to work, learn, and grow!

FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Operational Excellence

• Process merchandise, ensuring proper storage, ticketing, and easy location for replenishment, reorganizing merchandise to optimize stock space.
• Ensure new products are merchandised and represented promptly.
• Enter receiving documents into the system, reconcile invoices, and complete store-to-store transfers and locate requests accurately and timely.
• Receive and process visual materials, props, signage, and store stockroom hardware.
• Participate in pricing changes and markdowns.
• Alert management to cash supply needs.
• Assist with visual directives such as floorsets, window changes, signage, and visual presentations.
• Support boutique cleanliness and organization.

• Model and promote the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles, offering a cohesive omni-channel experience.

Teamwork and Growth

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous stock or cashier experience preferred.
• Must be 18 or older.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to learn or adapt to company technology.
• Ability to work mainly standing.
• Work quickly within strict timelines.
• Teamwork demonstrated.
• Exposure to visual merchandising techniques is a plus.
• Effective communication with customers, associates, and management, including headset use.
• Regular attendance and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Constant walking/standing during 67-100% of an 8-hour shift.
• Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. (1-33%).
• Frequent climbing (34-66%).
