POSITION OBJECTIVE: The Support Associate supports a customer and product-focused sales culture, performing sales operations such as merchandise handling, stock processing, and stockroom organization. We love what we do and believe our team is the most amazing place to work, learn, and grow!

FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Operational Excellence

• Process merchandise, ensuring items are properly stored, ticketed, and easily located for replenishment. Reorganize merchandise to maximize stock space.
• Ensure new products are merchandised and represented promptly.
• Enter receiving documents into the system, reconcile invoices, and complete store transfers and locate requests accurately and timely.
• Process visual materials, props, signage, and store hardware properly.
• Participate in pricing changes and markdowns.
• Alert management to cash supply needs.
• Assist with visual directives such as floorsets, window changes, signage, and visual presentations.
• Support boutique cleanliness and organization.

Customer Experience

• Model and promote the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles, offering a cohesive omni-channel experience.

Teamwork and Growth

• Promote an inclusive, collaborative approach to problem-solving.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous stock or cashier experience preferred.
• Must be 18 or older.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to learn or adapt to company technology.
• Must be able to stand for most of the shift.
• Ability to work quickly within strict timelines and demonstrate teamwork.
• Exposure to visual merchandising techniques is desired.
• Effective communication with customers, associates, and management, including wearing/using headsets.
• Regular attendance and flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, are required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Constant walking/standing during 67-100% of shift.
• Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. (1-33%).
• Frequent climbing (34-66%).
