POSITION OBJECTIVE: The Support Associate supports a customer and product-focused sales culture, emphasizing core principles in all store operations. Responsibilities include merchandise handling, stock processing, and stockroom organization. We love what we do and believe our team is the most amazing place to work, learn, and grow!

FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operational Excellence
  • Process merchandise, ensuring proper storage, ticketing, and easy replenishment for the sales floor; reorganize merchandise as needed to optimize stock space.
  • Ensure new products are merchandised and represented promptly.
  • Enter receiving documents into the system, reconcile invoices, and complete store-to-store transfers and locate requests accurately and timely.
  • Receive and process visual materials, props, signage, and store stockroom hardware.
  • Participate in pricing updates and markdowns.
  • Alert management to cash supply needs.
  • Assist with visual directives, including floorsets, window changes, signage, and visual presentations.
  • Maintain boutique cleanliness and organization.

  • Model and promote the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) standards, offering a seamless omni-channel experience.
Teamwork and Growth
  • Promote inclusive, collaborative problem-solving.

Qualifications:
  • Previous stock or cashier experience preferred.
  • Must be 16 years or older.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational skills; ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptability to company technology.
  • Ability to stand for most of the shift.
  • Work quickly within strict timelines and demonstrate teamwork.
  • Experience with visual merchandising is a plus.
  • Effective communication with customers, associates, and management (headset use).
  • Reliable attendance; flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements:
  • Constant walking/standing (67-100% of shift).
  • Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. (1-33% of shift).
  • Frequent climbing (34-66% of shift).
