Soma, part of KnitWell Group, is hiring a Support Associate in Sarasota, FL. You will work both in back-of-house and on the sales floor, managing shipments, stocking merchandise, and ensuring products are properly displayed and accessible to customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory processes: intake, store, and ticket merchandise for replenishment on the sales floor.
• Keep the stockroom organized and easy to navigate.
• Merchandise new products on the sales floor in a timely manner.
• Execute product restocking and price changes.
• Maintain a visually inspiring store environment reflecting brand standards.
• Assist with visual directives: updating floor sets, window changes, signage placements.
• Deliver a customer-focused experience reflecting our hospitality culture.

About the role

As a Support Associate, your role places you both in the back of the house and on the sales floor. You manage inventory processes that keep the customer experience running smoothly—processing shipments, moving products from the stockroom, and ensuring everything is where it needs to be. You're proactive, pay close attention to detail, and keep the team informed about inventory needs. You also uphold brand standards and contribute to a positive team culture.
