Soma, part of KnitWell Group, in Tampa, FL, is seeking a Sales Associate to welcome customers and deliver a hospitality-driven, personalized shopping experience.

You’ll engage customers, initiate conversations to identify needs, support omnichannel service, educate on loyalty programs, assist with merchandising, and keep the store inviting and teamwork-focused.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
• Team player mindset with ownership and initiative.
• Ability to quickly learn new processes and tools.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk on the sales floor.

About the role

You’ll bring to the role:

Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA. For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.

Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
