Job summary

KnitWell Group, a specialty retail operating company, is seeking a Support Associate at Store 5046-Stonebriar Centre-Soma-Frisco, TX. This temporary/part-time role involves back-of-house and sales-floor duties, including inventory processing, restocking, and maintaining brand standards.

You will support store leaders with visual directives, ensure accurate ticketing, and help deliver a warm, customer-focused experience while working flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Team player mindset with a high level of ownership and initiative.
• Ability to quickly learn new processes and tools.

• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory processes: properly intake, store, and ticket merchandise for smooth replenishment on the sales floor.
• Ensure the stockroom is neatly organized and easy to navigate.
• Ensure new products are merchandised and represented on the sales floor in a timely manner.
• Effectively execute product restocking and price changes.
• Maintain a visually inspiring store environment that reflects brand standards.
• Assist store leaders with executing visual directives, including updating floor sets, window changes, visual presentations, and signage placements.
• Deliver a customer-focused experience that reflects our culture of hospitality.
• Contribute to a positive work environment by embracing teamwork and collaboration.

About the role

As a Support Associate, your role places you both in the back of the house and on the sales floor. You manage inventory processes that keep the customer experience running smoothly—processing shipments, moving products from the stockroom, and ensuring everything is where it needs to be. You're proactive, pay close attention to detail, and keep the team informed about inventory needs. You also uphold brand standards and contribute to a positive team culture.
