KnitWell Group is seeking a Support Associate to help manage inventory processes, restock merchandise, and maintain an organized stockroom. The role supports brand standards on the sales floor and contributes to a positive, customer-focused store environment.

Flexible part-time hours, including nights and weekends, are available. You will work with a team to ensure timely product replenishment and accurate price changes while upholding our culture of hospitality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Team player mindset with ownership and initiative.
• Ability to quickly learn new processes and tools.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Regular attendance to ensure coverage.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and maneuver on the sales floor/stockroom.

Responsabilités

• Manage inventory processes: intake, store, and ticket merchandise for replenishment on the sales floor.
• Keep stockroom organized and easy to navigate.
• Ensure new products are merchandised on the sales floor in a timely manner.
• Restock products and apply price changes as needed.
• Maintain a visually inspiring store environment reflecting brand standards.
• Assist store leaders with visual directives, floor sets, window changes, signage placements.
• Deliver a customer-focused experience reflecting our hospitality culture.

About the role

As a Support Associate, your role places you both in the back of the house and on the sales floor. You manage inventory processes that keep the customer experience running smoothly—processing shipments, moving products from the stockroom, and ensuring everything is where it needs to be. You're proactive, pay close attention to detail, and keep the team informed about inventory needs. You also uphold brand standards and contribute to a positive team culture.

• Assist store leaders with executing visual directives, including updating floor sets, window changes, visual presentations, and signage placements.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
