Job summary

KnitWell Group's White House Black Market brand in Tysons Corner, VA is seeking a dedicated Support Associate to keep inventory moving from stockroom to sales floor and assist with merchandising.

You will work both back-of-house and on the floor, performing replenishment, restocking, price changes, and upholding brand standards while delivering a welcoming, team-oriented shopping experience for our customers.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Team player with ownership and initiative.
• Ability to learn new processes and tools.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Regular attendance to ensure coverage.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory processes: intake, store, and ticket merchandise for replenishment.
• Keep stockroom organized and easy to navigate.
• Merchandise new products on the sales floor in a timely manner.
• Restock and update price changes as needed.

About the role

As a Support Associate, your role places you both in the back of the house and on the sales floor. You manage inventory processes that keep the customer experience running smoothly—processing shipments, moving products from the stockroom, and ensuring everything is where it needs to be. You're proactive, pay close attention to detail, and keep the team informed about inventory needs. You also uphold brand standards and contribute to a positive team culture.

• Manage inventory processes: properly intake, store, and ticket merchandise for smooth replenishment on the sales floor.
• Ensure the stockroom is neatly organized and easy to navigate.
• Ensure new products are merchandised and represented on the sales floor in a timely manner.
• Effectively execute product restocking and price changes.
• Maintain a visually inspiring store environment that reflects brand standards.
• Assist store leaders with executing visual directives, including updating floor sets, window changes, visual presentations, and signage placements.

• Contribute to a positive work environment by embracing teamwork and collaboration.
