POSITION OBJECTIVE:

The Support Associate is responsible for supporting a customer and product-focused sales culture, where our core principles are at the forefront of all store operations. This includes performing various sales functions such as merchandise handling, stock processing, and stockroom organization. FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operational Excellence
  • Process merchandise, ensuring items are properly stored, ticketed, and easily located for replenishment on the sales floor; reorganize merchandise as needed to maximize stock space.
  • Ensure new products are properly merchandised and represented in a timely manner.
  • Enter all receiving documents into the computer system accurately, reconcile merchandise invoices to items received, and complete store-to-store transfers and locate requests promptly.
  • Process visual packet materials, props, signage, and store hardware efficiently.
  • Participate in pricing changes and markdowns.
  • Alert store management to cash supply needs.
  • Assist with visual directives such as floorsets, window changes, signage placement, etc., as directed.
  • Maintain boutique cleanliness and organization.

  • Model, support, and promote the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles, offering a cohesive omni-channel experience.

  • Promote an inclusive, collaborative approach to problem solving.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous stock or cashier experience preferred.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to company technology.
  • Ability to stand for most of the shift.
  • Ability to work quickly within strict timelines and demonstrate teamwork.
  • Exposure to visual merchandising techniques is a plus.
  • Effective communication with customers, associates, and management; headset communication skills.
  • Regular attendance and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays are required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Constant walking/standing during 67-100% of an 8-hour shift.
  • Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. (1-33% of shift).
  • Frequent climbing (34-66% of shift).
