Position Objective

The Support Associate supports a customer and product-focused sales culture, emphasizing our core principles in all store operations. Responsibilities include merchandise handling, stock processing, and stockroom organization. We love what we do and believe our teams make us an amazing place to work, learn, and grow!

Functional Responsibilities
Operational Excellence
  • Process merchandise, ensuring items are properly stored, ticketed, and easily located for replenishment. Reorganize merchandise to maximize stock space.
  • Ensure new products are merchandised and represented promptly.
  • Enter receiving documents into the system, reconcile invoices, and complete store-to-store transfers and locate requests accurately and timely.
  • Receive and process visual materials, props, signage, and store hardware properly.
  • Participate in pricing changes and markdowns.
  • Alert management to cash supply needs.
  • Assist with visual directives such as floorsets, window changes, signage, etc.
  • Maintain boutique cleanliness and organization.
Customer Experience
  • Model and promote MAPS principles, offering a cohesive omni-channel experience.
Teamwork and Growth
  • Promote an inclusive, collaborative approach to problem-solving.
  • Seek personal development opportunities and feedback.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous stock or cashier experience preferred.
  • Must be 18+ years old.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptability to company technology.
  • Ability to stand for most of the shift.
  • Work quickly within strict timelines.
  • Demonstrate teamwork.
  • Exposure to visual merchandising is a plus.
  • Effective communication using headsets.
  • Reliable attendance and flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.
Physical Requirements
  • Constant walking/standing for 67-100% of shift.
  • Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. (1-33%).
  • Frequent climbing (34-66%).
