Position Objective

The Support Associate supports a customer and product-focused sales culture, emphasizing our core principles in all store operations. Responsibilities include merchandise handling, stock processing, and stockroom organization. We love what we do and believe our teams make us the most amazing place to work, learn, and grow!

Functional Responsibilities
Operational Excellence
  • Process merchandise, ensuring proper storage, ticketing, and easy location for replenishment.
  • Reorganize merchandise to maximize stock space.
  • Ensure new products are merchandised promptly.
  • Enter receiving documents accurately into the system, reconcile invoices, and complete store transfers and locate requests.
  • Process visual materials and store hardware properly.
  • Participate in pricing and markdown activities.
  • Alert management to cash supply needs.
  • Assist with visual directives like floorsets, window changes, signage, etc.
  • Maintain boutique cleanliness and organization.
Customer Experience
  • Support and promote the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles, providing a seamless omni-channel experience.
Teamwork and Growth
  • Foster an inclusive, collaborative problem-solving environment.
  • Seek personal development opportunities and feedback.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, noting duties may vary across brands.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous stock or cashier experience preferred.
  • Must be 18 or older.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Ability to stand for most of the shift.
  • Work quickly within strict timelines and demonstrate teamwork.
  • Exposure to visual merchandising is a plus.
  • Effective communication using headsets.
  • Reliable attendance and flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements
  • Constant walking/standing during the shift.
  • Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Frequent climbing.
