Position Objective:

The Support Associate is responsible for supporting a customer and product-focused sales culture where our core principles are at the forefront of all store operations. This includes performing various sales functions such as merchandise handling, stock processing, and stockroom organization. Functional Responsibilities:
Operational Excellence
  • Process merchandise, ensuring items are properly stored, ticketed, and easily located for replenishment on the sales floor; reorganize merchandise as needed to maximize stock space.
  • Ensure new products are properly merchandised and represented promptly.
  • Enter all receiving documents into the computer system, reconcile merchandise invoices, and complete store-to-store transfers and locate requests accurately and timely.
  • Receive and process visual packet materials, props, signage, and properly store stockroom hardware and supplies.
  • Participate in pricing changes and markdowns.
  • Alert management to cash supply needs.
  • Assist with visual directives such as floorsets, window changes, signage placement, etc.
  • Assist with boutique cleanliness and organization.
Customer Experience
  • Model, support, and promote the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles, offering a cohesive omnichannel experience.
Teamwork and Growth
  • Promote an inclusive, collaborative approach to problem solving.
  • Seek personal development opportunities and solicit feedback.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, noting duties may vary across brands.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous stock or cashier experience preferred.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to learn or adapt to company technology.
  • Ability to work primarily standing during shifts.
  • Ability to work quickly within strict timelines and demonstrate teamwork.
  • Exposure to visual merchandising techniques is a plus.
  • Effective communication with customers, associates, and management, including wearing/using headsets.
  • Regular attendance and a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, are required.
Physical Requirements:
  • Constant walking/standing for 67-100% of an 8-hour shift.
  • Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. (1-33%).
  • Frequent climbing (34-66%).
