Position Overview

The Support Associate supports a customer and product-focused sales culture, emphasizing our core principles in all store operations. Responsibilities include merchandise handling, stock processing, and stockroom organization. We are passionate about our work and believe our team is the best place to work, learn, and grow!

Key Responsibilities

1. Operational Excellence: Process merchandise, ensure proper storage, ticketing, and replenishment; merchandise new products timely; enter receiving documents; manage store-to-store transfers; handle signage and visual displays; assist with pricing and markdowns; manage cash supply needs; support visual merchandising and boutique organization.
2. Customer Experience: Promote and model excellent personal service, offering a cohesive omni-channel experience.
3. Teamwork and Growth: Foster an inclusive, collaborative environment; seek personal development opportunities; perform other duties as assigned. Note that duties may vary across brands.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Preferred: previous stock or cashier experience
• Must be 18 or older
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Adaptability to company technology
• Ability to stand for most of the shift
• Ability to work quickly within strict timelines
• Teamwork skills
• Exposure to visual merchandising is a plus
• Effective communication with customers, associates, and management; use of headset

Physical Requirements

• Constant walking/standing during 67-100% of an 8-hour shift
• Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. (1-33%)
