Overview

Support Associate - Chico's at Chico's FAS, Inc. Location: 401 S Mt Juliet Rd, Ste 425, Mt. Juliet, TN.

Join our chic team, dedicated to a styling and social experience that inspires women to express their individuality. The position supports a customer and product-focused sales culture with store operations, including merchandise handling, stock processing, and stockroom organization.

Responsibilities

• Operational Excellence: process merchandise, ensure items are properly stored, ticketed, and easily located for replenishment; reorganize merchandise as needed to maximize stock space.
• Ensure new products are properly merchandised and represented in a timely manner.
• Enter receiving documents into the computer system, reconcile merchandise invoices to items received; complete store-to-store transfers and locate requests accurately and timely.
• Ensure visual packet materials, props, signage are received and processed promptly; store stockroom hardware, hangers, sign holders, etc.
• Participate in pricing changes and markdowns.
• Alert store management to cash supply needs.
• Assist with visual directives, including floorsets, window changes, visual presentations, and signage placement as directed.
• Assist with boutique cleanliness and organization.

Qualifications
