Job description

Position Objective: The Support Associate supports a customer- and product-focused sales culture, emphasizing our core principles in all store operations. Responsibilities include merchandise handling, stock processing, and stockroom organization. We are passionate about our work and believe our team is the best place to work, learn, and grow!

Functional Responsibilities:
Operational Excellence
  • Process merchandise, ensuring items are stored, ticketed, and easily accessible for replenishment and reorganization to optimize stock space.
  • Ensure new products are merchandised and represented promptly.
  • Accurately enter receiving documents, reconcile invoices, and manage store-to-store transfers and locate requests.
  • Handle visual materials, props, signage, and store hardware with timeliness and organization.
  • Participate in pricing updates and markdowns.
  • Notify management of cash supply needs.
  • Assist with visual directives, floorsets, window displays, signage, and boutique cleanliness.
Customer Experience
  • Model and promote the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles, ensuring a cohesive omni-channel experience.
Teamwork and Growth
  • Foster an inclusive, collaborative environment for problem-solving.
  • Seek personal development opportunities and feedback.

Other duties may be assigned as needed. Responsibilities may vary across different brands.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous stock or cashier experience preferred.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptability to company technology.
  • Ability to stand for most of the shift.
  • Ability to work quickly within strict timelines and demonstrate teamwork.
  • Exposure to visual merchandising techniques is a plus.
  • Effective communication with customers, associates, and management, including headset use.
  • Reliable attendance and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements:
  • Constant walking/standing during 67-100% of an 8-hour shift.
  • Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. (1-33%).
  • Frequent climbing (34-66%).
