Job summary

Soma in The Woodlands, TX is seeking a part-time Support Associate to help manage inventory, stock the sales floor, and uphold brand standards. You will work on both back-of-house and customer-facing areas to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

Responsibilities include restocking, ticketing merchandise, merchandising new products, and supporting store leaders with visual directives and signage. A strong team player with reliability is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability - including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Team player mindset with a high level of ownership and initiative.
• Ability to quickly learn new processes and tools.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Commitment to regular attendance to ensure adequate coverage.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.

About the role

As a Support Associate, your role places you both in the back of the house and on the sales floor. You manage inventory processes that keep the customer experience running smoothly-processing shipments, moving products from the stockroom, and ensuring everything is where it needs to be. You're proactive, pay close attention to detail, and keep the team informed about inventory needs. You also uphold brand standards and contribute to a positive team culture.
