KnitWell Group’s Knoxville-area WHBM store is seeking a part-time Support Associate to handle inventory and customer-facing tasks. You’ll process shipments, move products from stockroom, and ensure items are where they need to be on the floor.

This role emphasizes accuracy, brand standards, and a positive team culture, with flexible scheduling including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory processes: intake, storage, and ticket merchandise for replenishment on the sales floor.
• Keep the stockroom organized and easy to navigate.
• Merchandise new products on the sales floor in a timely manner.
• Execute product restocking and price changes.
• Maintain a visually engaging store environment reflecting brand standards.
• Assist with visual directives, floor sets, window changes, signage placements.
• Deliver a customer-focused experience reflecting our hospitality culture.
• Support teamwork and collaboration across the store.

About the role

As a Support Associate, your role places you both in the back of the house and on the sales floor. You manage inventory processes that keep the customer experience running smoothly—processing shipments, moving products from the stockroom, and ensuring everything is where it needs to be. You're proactive, pay close attention to detail, and keep the team informed about inventory needs. You also uphold brand standards and contribute to a positive team culture.
