White House Black Market in Chattanooga, TN is seeking a Support Associate to help manage inventory both in the stockroom and on the sales floor. You will process shipments, organize storage, and ensure products are available and properly priced.
You will support store leaders with visual directives and contribute to a welcoming, customer-focused environment while maintaining brand standards. The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

As a Support Associate, your role places you both in the back of the house and on the sales floor. You manage inventory processes that keep the customer experience running smoothly—processing shipments, moving products from the stockroom, and ensuring everything is where it needs to be. You're proactive, pay close attention to detail, and keep the team informed about inventory needs. You also uphold brand standards and contribute to a positive team culture.
Passion for our brand, fashion, and empowering confidence. Must be at least 18 years old. Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays. Team player mindset with a high level of ownership and initiative. Ability to quickly learn new processes and tools. Strong organizational skills. Commitment to regular attendance to ensure adequate coverage. Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
