Job summary

WHBM Outlet in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Sales Associate to welcome customers, share product knowledge, and provide personalized service in a hospitality-driven, customer-centric environment. You will build genuine connections, drive store performance through teamwork, assist with merchandising and inventory, and maintain an inspiring store layout while delivering an omnichannel experience.

This role requires flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA. For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
