Support Analyst
Harris Local Government - Remote

The Support Analyst is responsible for ensuring continuity of computer system services by providing technical assistance and project coordination to maintain software products and resolve technical issues. The role includes providing application support, answering complex questions, contributing to a knowledge base, and acting as a support liaison between the company and customers.

Core responsibilities include:

1. Providing technical phone support to customers.
2. Diagnosing software issues and bugs, working with the support team to resolve problems efficiently.
3. Learning, understanding, implementing, and training on various software applications.
4. Identifying and communicating additional revenue opportunities.
5. Providing regular status reports to Support Services management.
