V2X is seeking a Supply Technician to perform Logistic duties on the COBRA DANE radar system located at Shemya, Alaska. This position is a remote assignment in Shemya, Alaska, with a rotation of approximately 8 weeks on island and 5 weeks off island.

The candidate will be required to perform aspects of technical supply management work, including inventory management, storage management, cataloging, and property utilization. The work may involve considering program requirements and variations from standard guidelines. The assignment requires a good working knowledge of governing supply systems, policies, and manuals; an understanding of organizational needs; and analytical ability to recognize and define problems, collect data, and recommend actions based on established guidelines.

This position is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of onsite material and tagged property records, reporting issues, conducting property and material inventories, reconciling inventory data, validating on-hand levels, and submitting procurement paperwork as needed. The role also includes representing the company during DCMA property audits and performing other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications/Skills
  • A current DOD security investigation supporting a SECRET clearance.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel.
  • Ability to interface with all management levels and collaborate with team members.
  • Broad knowledge of inventory management, receiving, warehousing, and shipping processes.
  • Experience in inventory control for government-owned material.
  • Experience in developing KPIs and reports for audits and program requirements.
  • Experience managing cyclical physical inventories and maintaining accountability records.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, self-starter attitude.
Desired Qualifications/Skills
  • Hazardous materials certification/training.
  • Knowledge of UID requirements.
  • Experience with Excel-based Asset Management Systems.
  • Experience with USAF CA/CRL accounts, USAF Supply Systems, ALCS System, and USAF records management.
  • Quality control and quality assurance training and experience.
  • Familiarity with USAF operations security requirements.
Education Requirements
  • High school diploma and two years of supply/property management experience.
Pay
  • Hourly rate of $31.06, fixed as this is an SCA position.
