Job summary

Army National Guard Units in Florida is seeking a SUPPLY TECHNICIAN (TITLE 32), GS-2005-7, responsible for analyzing redistribution of equipment, processing loans/leases, and coordinating federal property assignments to support readiness.

The role involves tracking equipment changes in MTOE/TDA, processing LOA requests, and maintaining accountability of Rapid Fielding Initiatives; federal property receipt, and collaboration with NGB and DA to finalize LOA.

Qualifications

• Must provide transcripts or other documentation to support education claims.

Responsibilities

• Analyze possible redistribution of equipment through transfer, loan or assignment.
• Review and process external as well as internal loans/leases that may impact readiness or mission requirements.
• Process and account for through agency coordination the incoming and outgoing federal property assignment.
• Monitor and maintain tracking of all Rapid Fielding Initiatives within the state or unit of assignment.
• Review commercial requests for property, Procurement Web (PR WEB), Delivery Orders for authorizations.
• Perform extensive fact finding, investigate and recommend corrective action to resolve problems.
