AER/AGS is seeking an experienced Supply Technician for a contractor opportunity. The ideal person for this position must have a professional appearance and be willing to work both in a warehouse or office-like setting. The Supply Technician will also need to be a team player, able to network, communicate clearly, maintain a positive attitude, and possess exceptional organizational skills.

Job Description:

  • Responsible for maintaining accurate inventory of a large quantity of assets.
  • Ensure all items under inventory have proper status, request work orders for faulty items, and send applicable items to calibration prior to expiration.
  • Manage incoming/receipt and outbound/shipment of assets without exceeding deadlines.
  • Maintain impeccable organization of shipment documentation, Bill of Lading, Calibration Reports, Inventory Reports, and Audit Reports.
  • Document daily updates of inventory status into software systems and respond to requests for on-hand inventory via e-mail without delay.
  • Ensure all items received are in proper working condition by conducting visual inspections and physically inventorying items received to ensure no missing pieces.
  • Document shipment details via email and fill out Bills of Lading.
  • Must be responsible, have a strong work ethic, and be detail-oriented.

Requirements/Skills:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Must pass background check.
  • Must be able to walk, sit, stand, and lift small packages or use a dolly as needed.
  • Upon acceptance – President Biden’s Executive Order 14042 requires all persons supporting the federal government to be fully vaccinated.

PLEASE NOTE: The position is contingent upon the award of bid anticipated April/May 2022.
