Job summary

Acquisition Experts LLC seeks a Supply Tech Sr (Site Lead) for an on-site, full-time position in Albany, GA to support SECREP program and logistics coordination. The anticipated pay is $60,000 to $62,500 per year.

The role leads site activities, validates SECREP data, and ensures inventory accuracy and proper asset handling across sites. Strong operational planning and fiscal management are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of managing the day-to-day functional operations and activities of a contractor work force supporting military Reparable activities.
• Minimum of five (5) years of operational planning and execution of inventory management, distribution assistance, stock positioning, and sourcing.
• Minimum of five (5) years managing supply and maintenance transactions.
• Minimum of five (5) years of warehouse management.
• Minimum of five (5) years providing technical advice and instruction to personnel.
• Minimum of three (3) years of handling fiscal requirements and functions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead contractor at each site to coordinate activities in support of program objectives for SECREP management.
• Ensure validation of SECREP management data at the site.
• Apply knowledge of laws, policies, regulations and precedents applicable to logistics planning and program execution/sustainment.
• Ensure accurate inventory records are maintained at the site.
• Ensure proper asset issue and receipt at the site.
• Execute government approved redistribution of assets between sites.
• Provide expert SECREP management advice to the government customer.
• Develop and provide a weekly status report on the site SECREP account.
• Lead development of briefs, documents, and other communications for the site related to the program.
• Develop and provide monthly and quarterly reports in support of program objectives as required.
• Any additional items that are typical of or related to the work of the site lead, co-located with supported customers, i.e... I MEF, II MEF, III MEF (Okinawa), and MFR.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a four (4) year course of study in a relevant field leading to a bachelor’s degree, or a combination of successfully completed post-high school education and/or training experiences that meet the total qualification requirements for this position level.
