Job summary

Red River Science & Technology, LLC is seeking a logistics-focused professional to oversee daily staff functions and manage inventory for depot and local supply activities.

You will update critical reports, oversee data flow between customers and STAMIS operations, and ensure timely processing of supply requirements while maintaining compliant storage areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to speak, read, write, and understand English.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain post driving privileges.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Must have warehouse experience.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Chief on daily work functions of staff.
• Perform inventory and storage management for depot and local supply activities.
• Update critical logistical reports daily.
• Manage data flow between customers, stock operations and STAMIS operations.
• Post receipts and turn-ins; maintain automated and manual accounting records.
• Ensure timely processing of supply requirements and maintain compliant storage areas.

Job description

• Responsible for reporting to Chief on daily work functions for staff.
• Performs inventory and storage management to include sensitive items, cataloging, property utilization, customer reconciliations, requisitions processing, issue and receipt of supply items, supply parts research and analysis, related to depot, local and other supply activities
• Updates critical logistical reports daily
• Manages the data flow between customers, stock operations and STAMIS operations
• Establishes and maintain automated and manual accounting records, post receipts and turn-ins
• Ensures that all supply requirements are processed accurately and timely
• Maintains supply storage area in accordance with regulatory guidance
• Edits all received supply transactions and posts as applicable
• Edits and performs quality assurance and quality control checks during input of data from source documents
• Performs research to resolve inventory discrepancies
• Operates material handling equipment (MHE) such as forklifts and stock selectors to move material
• Performs physical inventory counts, material inspections and location survey checks
• Updates records based on cyclic inspections, and researches receipt discrepancies for record adjustments
• All other relevant duties as assigned.

• Investigates stock/record/material discrepancies impacting inventory balances
• Operates material handling equipment (MHE) such as forklifts and stock selectors to move material
• Performs physical inventory counts, material inspections and location survey checks
• Updates records based on cyclic inspections, and researches receipt discrepancies for record adjustments
• All other relevant duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Lead other staff on-site in daily routine work functions.

Physical Demands

• Required to walk, stand, sit, and move about the property for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
• Noise level can range from minimal to intense.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to speak, read, write, and understand English.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain post driving privileges.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Must have warehouse experience.

Security Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a CAC, to include network access.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $77,000.00 per year
