LunaTek is looking for a Supply Specialist to support operations in Cavalier North Dakota. This person will be responsible for supporting inventory management, control, distribution, cataloging, receipt and control processing, as well as many other logistical operations. This is a Union position with great benefits and longevity.

Responsibilities
  • Support the organization operation in support of PARCS requirements
  • Comply with Cavalier SFS plans, policies, and procedures, generate and maintain all Government records in the format provided. Provide electronic reports to the Government
  • Apply industry standards and commercial best practices, in the absence of directive technical orders and publications. Comply with local, state, and federal statutes
  • Safeguard all assets and information and follow Industrial, Physical and Operational Security requirements
  • Provide escort support for personnel without unescorted entry authorization that are performing contracted functions
  • Complete the following web-based training within the first three months of arrival and on an annual basis thereafter: Force Protection, and Cybersecurity and Awareness Program
  • Support, control, acquire, issue, and safeguard Government-owned and Government-furnished material, supplies and equipment, including individual equipment element, to assure continuous system operation
  • Support organizational supply accounts (to include mission equipment) containing supply points, bench stocks and equipment or other contractor-provided coordination support
  • Support, issue, receive, store, ship, safeguard, track and maintain Controlled Materiel’s cryptographic and classified communications assets
  • Pick up and deliver COMSEC material from the supporting COMSEC account
  • Manage, schedule, transport, or ship TEST, MEASUREMENT, AND DIAGNOSTIC EQUIPMENT (TMDE) at the Government’s determination
  • Determine if newly acquired test equipment items are considered TMDE and need to be scheduled into the PMEL for service
  • Maintain Government furnishings, equipment, and supplies
  • Provide copier supplies
  • Identify to the 10 SWS Commander if and when critical parts are projected to run out prior to possibility of resupply
  • Direct, support, control, acquire, issue, and safeguard Government-owned and Government-furnished supplies and equipment to assure continuous system operation
  • Follow Standard Base Supply System (SBSS)/Enterprise Solution-Supply (ES-S) sub-system accounts within the Integrated Logistics System-Supply (ILS-S) Program
  • Provide supply support for mission items. Maintain equipment accounts and supply point accountability at 100% for Integrated Logistics System-Supply (ILS-S) and the applicable sub-systems of Standard Base Supply System (SBSS)/Integrated Logistics System-Supply (ILS-S) Transaction Identification Codes (TRIC) Issue Request (ISU), Bench Stock Issue Request (1BS), Issue Request (MSI), Turnaround (TRN), Receipt (REC), Consolidated Transaction History (CTH), Inquiry (INQ), DIFM Detail Change (DFM), and Turn-In (TIN)
  • Maintain IUID requirements IAW AFI 23-101, Paragraph 5.4.3.3
  • Maintain a precious metal recovery program
  • Complete Block IIB Repair Cycle training and accomplish a quarterly DIFM reconciliation and maintain 100% accountability for assets on-hand
  • Maintain Electrostatic Sensitive Device (ESD)
  • Maintain bench stock
  • Maintain supply points
  • Submit issue requests to the 21 LRS Material Management Activity (Customer Support Liaison)
  • Monitor status of backorder requisitions and validate Urgency of Need (UND) A and B backorders monthly and UND C at least quarterly
  • Authorized to receive classified property IAW DAFMAN 23-122
  • Receive inspector training for supply assets provided by 21 LRS Chief Inspector and maintain inspector responsibilities
  • Complete annual training through Advanced Distribution Learning Service (ADLS) for policies in managing, issuing, receiving, storing, shipping, or tracking controlled materiel
  • Maintain a clearly marked unserviceable storage area for TWTs that is segregated from serviceable storage, perform quarterly inventories, move assets to the loading dock and storage area, upon request
  • Obtain appropriate AF Item Manager approval for local purchase of
    centrally managed weapon system parts for the Expendability, Recoverability, Reparability, Cost (ERRC) designators: (XD, XF, NF or XB)
  • Turn-in all excess property through Defense Logistics Agency Disposition Services (DLADS)
  • Notify the 10 SWS Commander, 10 SWS Mission Support Officer, and 21 LRS Materiel Management Activity (Customer Support Liaison) of any supply and equipment support problems that cannot be resolved at the unit level within 24 hours of receipt of an unacceptable delivery on required item
  • Establish controls for shelf-life
  • Arrange for shipment of Government property through 319 LRS Cargo Movement or Government-approved cost reimbursable commercial bill of lading, to include packing and crating, pickup and delivery of Government materials from 319 LRS Cargo Movement or commercial carrier/Government terminals, inspect and process Military Standard Requisitioning and Issue Procedures (MILSTRIP) materials received, maximize the use of reusable containers, and manage the Reusable Container Program for the installation performing duties of the Unit Container Monitor
  • Comply with Cavalier SFS plans, policies, and procedures, generate and maintain all Government records in the format provided. Provide electronic reports to the Government

Relevant Experience.
  • 3 years’ experience in USSF and/or USAF supply support management
  • Specialized experience must include providing technical supply support work in the areas of inventory management, control, distribution, cataloging, receipt, and control processes, assisting in maintaining inventory records of warehouse and direct issue supplies, their usage, and other reports as assigned, reviewing floor stock levels and replenishing stocks based upon established levels and knowledge of acquisition processes, automated records data basing, analyzing, and reporting
  • Must have extensive knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Relevant Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent. Related technical operations classes desirable
Certifications/Licensing (desired)
  • Complete Block IIB Repair Cycle training
  • Complete Base-Level Supply Customer Training Block I (General Supply Indoctrination) and Block IIA (Bench Stock)
  • Complete Block III Computer-Based Training (CBT), COMSEC, IUID, and AF/A4LE supplemental training
  • Accomplish semiannual COMSEC training IAW DAFMAN 23-12
Required Security Clearance:
  • U.S. Citizen and possess Secret DoD security clearance. Or able to obtain clearance.
