Job summary

Hitachi Energy USA Inc. is seeking a Factory Supply Quality Control professional to oversee supplier quality for high‑voltage components.

You’ll manage nonconformities end‑to‑end, coordinate containment, perform root cause analyses, and drive corrective actions with global suppliers and internal teams. You will track quality trends, lead supplier audits, and enforce regulatory compliance while aiming to reduce defects, scrap, and disruptions across multiple manufacturing sites.

Qualifications

• Lead the full lifecycle of material nonconformity management across manufacturing sites.
• Coordinate containment, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions with suppliers and internal teams.
• Track and analyze supplier-related quality trends to identify risks and improvements.
• Serve as the primary liaison for supplier-related quality issues across factories.
• Ensure suppliers meet Hitachi Energy standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Support supplier audits and verify closure of quality-related findings.
• Monitor supplier delivery and quality KPIs, including cost and performance metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects, scrap, and disruptions.
