Qualifications

• Four years of experience in property management, OR an appropriate combination of education and experience that demonstrates possession of knowledge and skills equivalent to that gained in the above.
• Practical experience in all phases of warehousing and distribution methods, property, inventory, stock control procedures, and proper disposal methods. Must be skilled in phases of warehouse receiving, storing, and issuing procedures.
• Knowledge of supply and equipment management processes and related regulations is required to ensure effective accountability, utilization, auditing, and maintenance of all activity property. Must be able to apply a variety of methods and techniques to analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of these various properties and supply equipment, identify needed remedies or improvements, and devise and implement solutions.
• Must have the ability to supervise and work with staff, delivering and picking up equipment from the warehouse for each activity. Ability to plan and organize. Knowledge of basic accounting procedures and common safety practices. Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing. This is a mixed position where the incumbent must be able to lift and carry objects up to 45 lbs independently and objects over 45 lbs with assistance.
