Novolex is seeking a Supply Planning Project Execution Lead to drive delivery of cross-functional supply planning initiatives from planning through implementation. You will coordinate resources, timelines and stakeholders to ensure on-time project delivery.

This hybrid role involves collaboration with Manufacturing, Procurement and Logistics to track milestones, manage risks, and ensure readiness for implementation. A strong project-management background is required.

Role Overview

The Supply Planning Project Execution Lead is responsible for managing execution of individual Supply Planning projects. This role ensures initiatives move from planning into implementation while coordinating resources, stakeholders, and project activities.

Project Delivery

• Manage project plans and execution schedules.

• Partner with Supply Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Logistics teams.
• Coordinate project resources and participation.

• Track risks, dependencies, and escalations.
• Ensure implementation readiness.

A reasonable estimate of the current range is $105,000-$120,000 + bonus + benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. At Novolex, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
