Remote Role
This fully remote analyst role requires strong data analytics skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Advanced Excel skills are essential, with experience in building PowerBI dashboards being highly desirable. An understanding of demand and supply, along with SAP background, is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and analyzing global supply and demand data to support operational decision-making.
- Developing and executing global allocation plans to ensure product availability across regions.
- Handling order management activities to maintain accuracy and meet business needs.
- Coordinating with regional teams to articulate a consolidated global supply picture.
- Leading data collection and consolidation for new product launches, including phase-in and phase-out strategies.
- Supporting the SAP Material Reservation process to optimize supply chain performance.
- Assisting with international Last Time Buy planning and service parts strategies.
- Helping to build SAP capability within the business unit through training and system optimization.
- Responding to data requests from internal stakeholders with timely, actionable insights.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong data analytics skills with the ability to interpret and present complex data clearly.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills for collaboration across global teams.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience in demand and supply planning for new product launches.
- Proven ability to analyze and evaluate global demand plans, inventory levels, and net requirement plans.
- Familiarity with SAP Material Reservation and supply allocation processes.
- Experience in coordinating cross-regional supply planning and articulating global supply chain needs.
- Background in international Last Time Buy and service planning.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with Power BI dashboards is a plus.
- Knowledge of SAP, especially SAP S4/HANA, and demand/supply planning in SAP environments.
- Power BI development and administration experience is advantageous.
- Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Azure and SQL Data Warehouse is beneficial.
