Job summary

Reyes Holdings, L.L.C. is seeking an Inventory Planner to optimize stock and coordinate purchasing across multiple locations within our distributed network. You will monitor inventory levels, analyze needs, and collaborate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires strong forecasting, data analysis, and the ability to develop SKU-level projections using historical data and market trends. You will also streamline processes and support the sales function as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2–4+ years related experience or high school with 5–7+ years specific experience.
• Experience in inventory planning, forecasting, and supplier coordination.
• Proficiency uploading data into inventory management systems.

Responsibilities

• Review inventory position and plan/purchase inventory across multiple locations.
• Understand lead times, inventory days on hand, demand variability, and forecasting.
• Upload data into supplier inventory management systems.
• Develop SKU forecasts from historical sales and trends.
• Create short- and long-term volume forecasting models with senior sales staff.
• Look for opportunities to streamline processes.
• Other duties as assigned.
