Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group is seeking an inventory planning professional to review inventory positions across locations, place orders with suppliers, and develop SKU forecasts based on historical data and trends.

You will work with multiple systems to upload data, analyze lead times and demand variability, and collaborate with suppliers to manage forecasting and expediting requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 2–4+ years of related experience or GED with 5–7+ years of specific experience.
• Strong understanding of inventory management concepts and forecasting principles.

Responsibilities

• Review inventory position and analyze needs across multiple locations.
• Place purchase orders with suppliers using multiple tools and systems.
• Understand supplier lead times, days of on-hand inventory, and demand variability.
• Upload sales, inventory, and forecast data into supplier inventory management systems.
• Develop SKU forecasts based on historical sales and trends.
• Coordinate with suppliers on forecasting, ordering, and expediting materials.

Position Responsibilities:

• Review inventory position and analyze inventory needs across multiple locations

• Understand basic principles of supplier lead time, inventory days on hand, demand variability and forecasting
• Upload sales, inventory, and forecasting data into supplier inventory management systems
• Develop SKU forecast based on historical sales and recent trends
• Interact with suppliers to manage portfolio including forecast, ordering, and expediting of material
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree with 2 to 4 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) with 5 to 7 plus years of specific experience
