Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Supply Planner for the Oak Creek, WI area to ensure raw material availability aligns with the production schedule. You will manage procurement, monitor inventory levels, and coordinate with warehouse, purchasing, and supplier quality teams to prevent delays.

The role focuses on timely PO placement, tracking deliveries, and maintaining healthy RM inventory while supporting working capital targets in a fast-paced coatings environment.

Responsibilities

• Bring in the right product inventory levels at the right time to support the production schedule and meet working capital targets.
• Procurement and inventory management of raw materials; manage vendor relationships.
• Place purchase orders with vendors and track deliveries; evaluate rolling 12-month projections.
• Analyze MRP and procurement needs focusing on short to mid term (1–6 months).
• Ensure raw materials are available to meet Oracle timing requirements and weekly production needs.
• Collaborate with warehouse, purchasing, and supplier quality to resolve issues affecting receipts or invoicing.
• Maintain inventory health of assigned raw material items to meet goals.
• Operate in a fast-paced coating industry with cross-functional teams.

Our Client, a Coatings and Paints company, is looking for a Supply Planner for their Oak Creek¸ WI location.

Responsibilities

• The primary goal for the Raw Material Planner is to bring in the right product inventory levels at the right time to support production schedule needs while achieving working capital targets.
• Raw Materials planner will focus on the procurement and inventory management of raw materials, and vendor relationship management.
• Place purchase orders with vendors and track delivers throughout the ordering cycle and evaluate inventory projections over a rolling 12-month period.
