Job summary

ACR (AmerCareRoyal) is seeking a Supply Planner to manage supply planning for assigned product categories. The role ensures alignment between forecast demand and supply execution to sustain high customer service levels while keeping inventory within target stock levels.

The incumbent will review portfolios, plan requirements within lead times, and address risks across the supply network. This hybrid position is based in Exton, PA, requiring three days on-site (Mon, Tue, Thu).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 2–5 years of progressive experience in supply chain planning or related roles.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Review assigned SKUs and plan purchase orders to meet forecasted demand across the ACR network.
• Monitor supply plans to ensure lead times and demand forecasts alignment.
• Identify potential shortages within lead time and partner with Sourcing to resolve gaps.
• Identify excess or slow-moving inventory and develop mitigations.
• Analyze inventory positions and recommend transfers to rebalance stock across warehouses.
• Maintain planning system parameters (MOQs, lead times, service levels).
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to planning accuracy and service performance.

The Supply Planner is responsible for all aspects of supply planning for assigned product categories. This role ensures alignment between forecasted demand and supply execution to support high customer service levels while maintaining inventory within targeted stocking parameters. The Supply Planner proactively reviews the assign product portfolio, plans requirements within lead time, and addresses potential risks and opportunities across the supply network.

This position is hybrid in our Exton, PA office - 3 days/week (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday).

What you will do in this role:

• Review assigned SKUs and plan purchase orders to meet forecasted demand across the ACR network and at the individual warehouse level.
• Monitor supply plans to ensure requirements are planned within lead times and aligned with demand forecasts.
• Identify potential shortages inside of lead time and partner with Sourcing and cross-functional teams to resolve gaps before customer impact.
• Identify excess or slow-moving inventory and develop actions to mitigate future exposure.
• Analyze inventory positions and recommend or execute inventory transfers to rebalance stock across network warehouses.
• Maintain and manage planning system parameters, including minimum order quantities (MOQs), lead times, and service level targets, to support effective planning within the Supply Chain Planning system.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to planning accuracy, inventory optimization, and service performance.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of progressive experience in supply chain planning or related roles.
• Working knowledge of importing goods from Asia.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable plans.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Solid understanding of supply planning principles and inventory management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
• Demonstrated sense of urgency and customer-focused mindset.
