Job summary

EPITEC in Waterloo, IA is seeking a motivated Supply Management Planner to support supply chain and materials operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This 12-month contract position is onsite, 1st shift, Mon-Fri, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, paying $25.00/hour plus benefits. You will work with Excel and other systems to track materials, coordinate with suppliers, and help keep production running smoothly.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or a related field is preferred.
• SAP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery and availability of purchased parts from suppliers.
• Communicate with suppliers and internal business partners regarding material needs and delivery schedules.
• Monitor supply chain activities to help ensure materials arrive on time.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and other business systems to track, analyze, and report supply information.
• Support inventory and material planning activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve supply issues and maintain production support.
• Maintain accurate records and provide timely updates on supplier performance and material status.
