Kyyba is seeking a Supply Management Planner II for Grovetown, GA, to manage daily supplier communications and delivery schedules, drive performance improvements, and coordinate with production logistics to ensure timely material flow.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Communicate with suppliers daily regarding delivery schedules.
• Manage factory hot part requests, aged ASN’s, goods receipt compliance issues and supplier delinquency recovery plans.
• Work with the supply management specialist to maintain an ongoing relationship with assigned suppliers as well as monitor and improve supplier performance.
• Measure the performance of the supplier and define corrective actions; may negotiate with suppliers to resolve short-term performance problems.
• Drive continuous improvement in terms of performance with the supply base, using achieving excellence process and criteria.
• Resolve shipping and receiving problems to ensure prompt and accurate payments to suppliers.
• Gather and analyze data to ensure business objectives are being met.
• Schedule and expedite the delivery of purchased materials to support the production plan, including recommending premium logistic alternatives when appropriate, while serving as a key resource for company and factory logistics teams, unit operations, and suppliers as questions, concerns, or issues arise regarding logistical processes.

** Duration: 12 Months Contract (possible extension)**

** Hours: To be in the office by 7 AM EST (6 AM - 2:30 PM or 7 AM - 3:30 PM), does have opportunity to work overtime**

** Your Responsibilities:**

** As a Supply Management Planner for Commercial Products Located in Grovetown, GA, You Will:**

• Communicate with suppliers daily regarding delivery schedules.

** Education:**

• A degree or equivalent related work experience in the following: degree in a business/management, engineering/technology or supply management discipline or equivalent work experience.
