Job summary

PrimeTech International, Inc (PTi) is seeking a Supply Operations Specialist to optimize material flow from procurement through delivery. You will coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and distribution to ensure on-time availability and cost-effective scheduling.

The role requires at least three years in supply, strong English written skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team. A security clearance and a valid US driver's license are preferred; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in supply.
• Ability to read and write in English and follow written instructions.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
• Security clearance or eligibility, and valid US driver's license.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill material requirements for volume, cost, and scheduling.
• Uses material requirements plans, production schedules, and inventory data to maintain the flow of materials.
• Coordinates with procurement, warehouse, and distribution operations to manage workflows.
• Monitors operations, troubleshoots roadblocks, and expedites material availability.
• Tracks and analyzes inventory levels and develops reports and dashboards for material management.
