Job summary

PrimeTech International, Inc (PTi) seeks a logistics and material planner to support daily operations from procurement to final disposition, ensuring smooth flow of supplies.

The role requires 3+ years in supply, English literacy, strong documentation and communication; a US driver's license and ability to obtain security clearance. On-site in Kaneohe, Hawaii, with exposure to government contracts and compliance programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in supply
• Ability to read and write English and follow instructions
• Attention to detail and strong follow-up skills
• Must obtain/maintain security clearance within 30 days if required
• Valid US driver's license
• Military experience and Bachelor's degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Fulfill material requirements for volume, cost, and scheduling.
• Use MRP, production schedules, and inventory data to maintain flow of materials.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and distribution to manage workflows.
• Monitor operations, troubleshoots roadblocks, and expedite material availability.
• Track and analyze inventory levels; develop reports and dashboards.
• Adhere to government, contract, and company policies and procedures.
• Use email to receive and disseminate workload tasks and information.
• Maintain a safe and secure work environment.
• Perform other duties per Management and Contract Compliance Plan and workload needs.
• Support PTi's Safety, Environmental, and Security Programs and related certifications.

Essential Functions

• Fulfill material requirements for volume, cost, and scheduling business operations.
• Uses material requirements plans, production schedules, and inventory data to maintain the required flow of materials.
• Coordinates with procurement, warehouse, and distribution operations to manage and monitor workflows crucial to the flow of materials.
• Monitors operations, troubleshoots operational roadblocks, and expedites material availability.
• Tracks and analyzes inventory levels and develops reports, dashboards, and other resources to facilitate material management processes.
• Adhere to government, contract, and company policies and procedures.
• Ability to use e-mail to receive and disseminate workload tasks and information.
• Maintain a safe and secure work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned in association with established Management and Contract Compliance Plan, and workload requirements, etc.
• May include process or workflow creating, updating, communicating changes, training and performance reporting, and compliance.
• Supports PTi's Safety, Environmental, and Security Programs, and other company certifications and initiatives responsible for Core and Support Processes within the Quality Management Systems.

Working Conditions and Physical Demands

• The employee may be required to frequently handle equipment/supplies weighing up to 50 pounds individually and occasionally items weighing more than 50 pounds with assistance.
• Must be able to exert moderate physical effort in the loading, unloading, and arranging of equipment/supplies as applicable to position.
• Can work inside and/or outside in dirty and dusty environments, and occasionally be exposed to hot, cold, damp and drafty weather conditions while handling equipment/supplies.
• Be able to perform work on hard or uneven surfaces.

Qualifications

Experience:

Skills

• Must demonstrate the ability to effectively read and write in English, and comprehend written instructions, perform common mathematical tasks, and communicate effectively.
• Attention to detail and excellent follow up skills.

Certificate, License, Registration, Etc.

• Must possess or be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance applicable to the position and/or military Common Access Card (CAC) within 30 days if required.
• Valid US driver's license
