Job summary

Empresa Confidencial is seeking a Supply and Inventory Planning Executive to drive production planning, inventory control, raw material replenishment and S&OP activities for a leading lubricants company.

You will coordinate with contract manufacturers, monitor KPIs, optimize finished goods and work closely with suppliers to maintain high service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Logistics or related fields.
• Strong experience in Supply Chain, Production Planning, Inventory Planning or related areas.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Knowledge of MPS (Master Production Scheduling), MRP (Material Requirements Planning) and SAP.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule production with third-party manufacturing partners according to business demand.
• Manage finished goods inventory levels to ensure product availability and inventory optimization.
• Plan and monitor raw materials and packaging supplies to support production requirements.
• Develop and monitor operational KPIs, including inventory and service level indicators.
• Support and coordinate S&OP (Supply Review) activities.
• Identify supply chain constraints and implement action plans to minimize operational risks.
• Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturing partners to improve planning efficiency and performance.
• Ensure customer service levels are met through effective supply and inventory management.
