Job Summary

The service division provides after‑sales service, repair and support to our customers. Our mission is to innovate and execute world‑class service supply chain that delivers the right part to the right time, at competitive cost to service our customers. Services Supply Chain Operations is looking for a highly analytical, motivated, self‑driven individual with a strong order management & execution background. The OM & Execution Planner ensures proper product execution through the matching of supply & demand across the supply chain distribution sites.

Minimum Qualifications
  • 3+ years experience in operations, supply chain, data management, finance, procurement, consulting. Consistent record of leading diverse & complex projects, combined with the ability to execute tactical activities & tasks. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong organizational and collaboration abilities.
  • Confidence in managing and navigating ambiguity successfully. Demonstrated ability in business process re‑engineering with an acute attention to detail and continuous innovation.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to summarize data and drive solutions based on logic and insights.
  • Independently solve routine problems while seeking guidance on more complex issues.
  • Proficiency in computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and software development, enhancing problem‑solving capabilities and project efficiency – a plus.
  • Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, or relevant field required. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Influence and triangulate cross‑functional alignment within a matrixed organization.
  • Evaluate supply chain risks and implement contingency plans to mitigate consumer impact, including ad‑hoc problem solving during unprecedented events. Drive, influence, and develop long‑term strategic initiatives that shape the future of supply chain and omnichannel roadmap. Plan, drive, and execute New Product Introduction operational activities, ensuring world‑class customer experience across all routes to market.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities (tools, workstreams, systems) and drive solutions from conception through implementation. Responsible for supply execution of hundreds of thousands of units between channels and refurb partners to maximize financial results and customer experience.
  • Influence and manage operations across global Distribution Centers lifting out of multiple origin locations.
  • Analyze backlog & open order data and execute tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Provide program support and make routine execution decisions to ensure customer ship commitments, fill rates and revenue goals are met.
  • Maximize daily billings per posted fill rate targets. Execute supply to support established operational metrics and performance goals. Drive innovation opportunities within our supply chain aimed towards achieving sustainability and eco‑friendly goals of carbon neutrality throughout our supply chain by 2030.
  • Expert with SAP and Excel with the ability to assemble impactful reports on a recurring and ad‑hoc basis, Tableau experience a plus.
