Job Overview

Position: Hospital Equipment Room Associate (15‑week contract)

Duration: 15 weeks

Shift timing: 3pm to 11pm, Monday‑Friday and some weekend days required.

Responsibilities

• Receive training in all equipment room processes.
• Deliver supplies, tube feedings, patient care equipment, code blue carts from the storeroom and equipment storage room to patient care areas upon request.
• Manage ordering and removal of specialty beds for patients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• At least 2 years of hospital experience in materials handling, equipment handling, or tram operation.
• At least 1 year of experience working with patient care suppliers and equipment.
• Ability to stand, bend, walk to and from dock as needed.

Work Conditions

Dress code: T‑shirt (no logos), collared pull‑over or scrubs, Khaki pants. Parking in rear of hospital.

Compensation

Pay: $17.00‑$19.00 per hour. Full‑time, 40 hours per week.

Location & Commute

In person at Newark, DE 19718. Ability to commute to Newark, DE 19718 required. Ability to relocate to Newark, DE 19718 required before starting work.
