We’re looking for a dependable and organized Supply Clerk to join our Logistics team! This position is responsible for keeping supplies, stock and freight moving through the Warehouse efficiently—from receiving and stocking to order fulfillment and shipping.

Responsibilities:

• Pull supply orders and package for shipment or in-house delivery truck
• Unpack freight for restocking supplies and special orders
• Monitor supply backorders working with Customer Service and Logistics Manager
• Assist with yearly inventory or when requested by management
• Help with maintaining/cleaning of the warehouse
• Back-up Parts Clerk & Warehouse Coordinator
• Run UPS Daily reports
• Maintain supply bins to allow for adequate space for supplies

Education and Experience Requirements:

High school education or training in business or related subjects. Must be a team player and show initiative. Past experience with shipping and receiving software needed. This individual must demonstrate, without question, customer service skills, attention to detail, ability to concentrate on quality of service. This individual must present themselves in a professional manner and be able to interface with personnel at all levels of the organization. Must show the ability to learn Company inventory software. This position requires daily lifting of boxes of parts/supplies with assistance weighing up to 100lbs with assistance and individually up to 50lbs. Requires stooping and bending periodically throughout the days work responsibilities. Hours are typically 8:00 am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday.
