Your Mission
As a Supply Chain Transformation Manager for Pulp & Paper, you will be primarily responsible for:
Your Profile
You bring technical knowledge of pulp, paper, and packaging products and supply chains, along with a deep passion for leveraging supply chain solutions to drive meaningful environmental and social outcomes.
You are logical and implementation-oriented, yet driven by a desire to push beyond conventional sustainability assurance mechanisms to effect lasting ecological and social change. You excel at breaking down complex projects into actionable work plans and are highly organized, with strong skills in creating and maintaining effective project management systems. You have experience coordinating multiple workstreams and timelines simultaneously.
In addition to strong data and analytical skills, you are a strategic thinker who can connect data-driven insights to member strategies and Earthworm’s broader goals.
Your background in sustainability within forest product supply chains makes you a valuable asset to any team. You bring experience in addressing both social issues (e.g., Indigenous rights, land tenure) and ecological challenges (e.g., forest degradation, land conversion, high conservation values), and have working knowledge of forest certification systems and international forest industry commitments.
You are proactive, systems-oriented, and skilled at identifying key issues, risks, and potential solutions.
